About Us:
Hello! My name is Christopher Wattier and I'm the owner of Sunlight Remodeling!
I have been in the construction industry for 25 years. I have worked in many different trades in my career: carpentry, plumbing/heating, roofing, concrete,
foundation repair, basic electrical, flooring, tile, sheetrock, painting and trim to name a few. But what I have mostly done in my career was Purchasing and Project Management
for large commercial contractors across the USA, based out of Denver, Colorado.
While I enjoyed working for larger commercial contractors, I've always had a passion for working on smaller projects. I've always had acquiantances and neighbors
asking me if I could help them out with their own projects. Seems that they could never find anyone to fit their schedule, have contractors they could trust,
or find a contractor within their budget. So, for the last 15 years, I have been doing small construction projects on the side, as well as my
career with large construction companies.

What licenses and insurance do I have?
I am current with the Roaring Fork Valley "BEST" card with a "Light Commercial B" and "Residentail C" license.
I also carry General Liability insurance, for amounts that can be tailored to your specific contract.
I have also set up a link to my most current resume and photo for your convenience, which is usually asked upon from my past large commercial customers upon submitting proposals.
